Identifying the huge business scope in Indian SMB market, Japanese security vendor Trend Micro is now focusing more on Small & medium businesses in India. According to a latest update, Trend Micro has announced Nevales Networks as a Managed Security Services Partner.

It is reportedly said that the latest partnership will further strengthen Trend Micro’s focus and ambitions for the small and medium businesses market with its services including end point DLP (Data Loss prevention), encryption and Worry-Free Business Security (WFBS) product lines.
Under this partnership, Trend Micro’s WFBS services will be integrated with Nevales’s managed service provider business model, which will widen Nevales’s security offering to its growing client base.
Reliable aides cited, the product lines covered under the latest partnership between Trand Micro and Nevales Networks will cater to some of the most crucial issues in the cyber security zone.
According to Mr. Baburaj Varma, Head - Technical Services (India & SAARC) at Trend Micro, with cloud technology taking shape in India, he can see an increased adoption of security from the cloud or security as a service by customers, especially in the SMB segment.
He further added, the benefits to the customer are immense like reduced cost, faster and better security, expert services etc.
Ravishankar, Co-Founder & CEO at Nevales has also shared his views. He stated, with Trend Micro’s portfolio of cloud-based security solutions including email, web and desktop security-as-a-service will add more value to their unified threat management services.
