eSys Informatics Ltd. has stopped its operation in India for the last six months and this has created a hue and cry among the Channel community of Gujarat who have partnered with this company. The regional representatives of the company were not responding to the Partners that led them to seek help from FITAG (Federation of Information Technology Association of Gujarat).
As a result Partners were facing issues regarding service and warranty, which is a major after sales issue. FITAG took this issue under consideration and reached out to the senior officials of the company. After FITAG’s intervention into the matter, almost all the issues have been settled down. Adding to FITAG President Yogesh Thakkar, “As the regional representatives of eSys Infomatics Ltd. were not responding to the Partners, FITAG solved the issues by contacting senior managerial people via mails and teleconversations. Almost 70-80 percent of the issues have been resolved.”
Service and warranty are among the few issues that have been existing in the IT industry of India for quite a long time. It has become a menace among the Channel community that bothers Partners time and again.
Federation of Information Technology Associations of Gujarat is commonly known as FITAG. FITAG is an apex body of all 24 IT associations across Gujarat existing in all the cities, it thus represents nearly more than 2500 IT partners in Gujarat. The aim of founding the Federation is to propagate & spread the message of IT in general.
